Source: OR review-export.csv (Google Drive · refreshed 2026-04-26). Multi-channel feed (Airbnb 276, Vrbo 69, Direct 1). Refresh cadence: monthly via /eam-dashboard refresh-reviews skill (planned). Migration note: OR is being phased out in favor of Hospitable. Once Hospitable's get-guest-reviews API is wired and ingesting all channels, this becomes a live feed and the CSV workaround retires. The OR WordPress Plugin add-on is a non-purchase given OR sunset.
Migration Readiness — OwnerRez → Hospitable
Context: OwnerRez is the legacy PMS being phased out. Hospitable is the migration target (better MCP tooling: bookings, reviews, tasks, payouts). Hospitable currently only ingests Airbnb; VRBO/Booking.com/Direct channels still need to be wired. Use this view to track cutover readiness: when Hospitable matches OR across all channels, we can retire OR.
